OR

Have completed a bachelor’s degree in any of the subjects: Physics, Chemistry or Biology (B.Sc) from a recognised University, and has studied one other science subject till the ancillary level , with not less than a 50% aggregate and meets the above condition and aggregate requirements of the 10+2 standard.

  • Resident Nepali students have to take the BPIKHS entrance exam, which is considered to be the determinant of merit for admission to this university. Students who are applying from foreign countries and Non Resident Nepali students will have to forward their application to the college for perusal and acceptance of their admission to B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences. Such documents will be needed to get authorized from the Ministry of External Affairs of the student’s resident country and by the Embassy of Nepal.

Candidates for admission should have the following qualifications (both national and international applicants): 1. Passed 10+2 Science (Biology Group) or Equivalent with at least 50% in each subject.

OR a 50 percent aggregate in total marks in physics, chemistry, and biology OR

At least a C+ in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, with a minimum of a C in each.

a 2.4 GPA and a grade in the remaining individual subjects OR a 2.4 GPA and a grade in the remaining individual subjects

In relation to certificate level programmes (A-Level) with different grading systems, secured the percentage equivalent to above eligibility OR

1. Applicants who have completed the Level /Diploma in Health Science Proficiency

(Medical Lab Technology, Ophthalmic Science, Dental Science, General Medicine)

Certificates of Equivalence to Pharmacy, Ayurveda, Radiography, and Physiotherapy

THE NATIONAL EXAMINATION BOARD’S GRADE 12 SCIENCE PROGRAM AND

1. Attained at least 50% in each of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, with a total of 50%.

in total marks earned in both the Diploma and the Equivalency Examination AND

1. You must be a member of the Nepal Health Professional Council or the Nepal Pharmacy Council / Nepal Health Professional council or Nepal Pharmacy Council or Nepal

Ayurveda Council as per related educational program.
