Graduation Level Self-Appraisal Form Is Very Important Information

As per the decision of the Medical Education Commission (Directorate of Standards and Accreditation) dated 13 December, 2078, all the universities / institutes / educational institutes teaching medical education are informed to submit the graduate level online self-appraisal as per the details for the academic session 2075/79 (2022).

9. Browse to https://selfappraisal.mec.gov.np and log in using last year’s undergraduate level User Name and Password. The organization requesting to run a new program will have to register anew. Details of the program / thematic and faculty of the educational institution for which the seats of 2021 level have been fixed are available in the online system of self-appraisal. Faculty Details 2.

The date of updating and post verification and date of birth must also be mentioned. Educational institutions requesting new programs at the undergraduate level must attach the consent letter or acceptance letter of the concerned university with the self-appraisal. 3.

14. Online Self Appraisal Date and Time: Start Date: 2078.9.20 from 10:00 AM.

Last date: 2078.10.7 till 4:00 pm

5. Determining the seat of any educational institution if it does not submit the details online
