Entrance Examination Of Postgraduate Programs by MEC

It is known that the Medical Education Commission will conduct integrated entrance examination for various postgraduate level educational programs in 39 examination centers in four other places of the country including Kathmandu Valley from 8 to 10 January, 2078 BS. The Commission has drawn serious attention to the unrestrained propaganda spread on social media and some media outlets in such a way as to create various kinds of confusion about the work to be done by the Commission, examinations and secrecy of examinations. The process has been taken forward for investigation by the concerned bodies in this regard. We would like to assure that Chiki Shiksha is always committed to perform its duties impartially on the basis of National Medical Education Act 2075, National Medical Education Rules 2077 (with amendments), prevailing laws and norms. It is requested that all the examination centers, examinees and the manpower assigned to the examinations be required to comply with the standards as the Government of Nepal is preparing to conduct integrated entrance examinations in a comfortable and suitable environment with the continuous coordination of the security mechanism and health related bodies.
