Travel Advisory: As per Your convenience

Those who are travelling by Flight

• You are supposed to carry double vaccine certificate or PCR report (if not vaccinated).
• Need to carry Passport or National Voter card for immigration. Aadhar card will not help.
• Indian ATM (Visa) is easily accepted at most of the ATM center.
• You are advised to buy sim card inside arrival. Its activated sim card which you will get paying instant Irs 100 (Preferred Sim – NCELL)
• Once you are outside airport, you will find taxi. It will cost you Nrs 500 to reach your hotel since we have booked hotel nearby. The name of hotel can be confirmed in advance with Mr Prakash Gupta -+9777-9816070344 / 9733733330 /9564733330

Those who are travelling by bus/ personal vehicle

• There is no need to fill any form or any kind of tension. You can travel by Aadhar card.
• If you are coming by own vehicle, you need to take permission at Indo – Nepal custom paying IRs 300 per day. Take for 02 day extra so it will be easier for you.
• You are advised to buy sim card once you enter Nepal border. Its activated sim card which you will get paying instant Irs 100 (Preferred Sim – NCELL)
• Once you are reaching Kathmandu, you are requested to take a taxi and reach the hotel. The name of hotel can be confirmed in advance with Mr Prakash Gupta -+9777-9816070344 / 9733733330 /9564733330

After Reaching Hotel

• Our team will be there to guide you at hotel. We are planning to assemble everyone in afternoon / evening and explain about the procedure for next day. The venue and time will be informed to you soon.
• All the payments for hotel, food and travel has to make directly to the concern person who are there to help you.
• For 24^th April, we have organized the local buses for students and parents for reaching at counselling center and coming back to hotel. We have also organized a small packet of lunch and bottle of water during at the counseling center.
• After the Confirmation letter you can travel back to India to complete the formalities.

Note: Kindly do not carry INRs 2000 note. It will be difficult to use in Nepal.

• Matching Session: Timing: 11:30 AM Onwards (NST)
• Admission Open: 25 th April -2023
• Admission Close :  2nd May -2023 (5:00PM (NST)
