b. Arrangements regarding re-gap and admission conditions and procedures for the second round of fee-based courses

1. Any foreign candidates who are not included in the first round admission list of the related educational program after the end of the free admission period for the second round of free admission, who have not been admitted in the scholarship list, who have not been admitted in the order of merit, and who have not received permission to study abroad by determining the online priority at the scheduled time, are available for the related educational programs and educational programs.
