How To Prepare Yourself For Counseling 2021: MBBS/BDS IN NEPAL

Required preparation and documents for medical counselling in Nepal 2021:

The candidates must have their:

1. Xth standard mark sheet
2. Xth standard admit card
3. XIIth standard mark sheet
4. Passport size pictures
5. Mark sheet/score card of UG entrance exam (KUSMS/KUMET/TU-IOM or any other medical entrance exam of their country in case of global aspirants)
6. Students who are residents of other countries must also have their passport and other relevant migrating documents which will be verified by the Embassy of Nepal in these countries and by the Government of Nepal.
7. A health certificate and an HIV test report is also mandatory for the counselling procedure.

After the counselling procedure, or during the procedure, in whichever round the student is called upon, in case the desired seat coincides with the seat the candidate has been allotted, he/she/they must freeze their seats in the respective medical colleges which they have been allotted during counselling. The candidates have to pay the required registration fee to the colleges to secure admission.

The preparation of the candidates:

The candidates must be prepared with photocopies of the above mentioned documents. Other than that they must have mentally decided on a college after having researched about it and reading about it’s programs and offered facilities.

The admission /registration fee is non-refundable and will be forfeited in most cases if a student cancels their admission

 Thus the candidates must be securely determined about their choice of college/medical University in Nepal and then move ahead with the procedure of completing the counselling.

The candidates must take extra care to secure their document Ids and bank account transactions while making payments or getting their documents verified online. They must make sure of the websites and the pathways they are taking to organize their counselling procedures and ensure their own safety.
