Medical Education Commission calls for online application for the selection of candidates in the following health professional programs run by all Universities, affiliated colleges and Science Academies throughout the country. The eligible candidates can apply through online application available at www.megov.np or https://entrance.mec.gov.np from December 29, 2021 at 10:00 AM to February 3, 2022 at 5:00 PM (NST).

  • There will be a common question paper for all the academic programs in Day 1
  • There will be a separate question paper for each the academic program in Day 2
  • All the foreign candidates should fill up the online form as stated within due date.
  • Eligible candidates can apply for more than-one program with separate bank payments as per the above examination schedule.
  • The candidates should choose one of the following options while filling up the online application form:
  1. Foreign to appear MECEE-BL 2022
  2. Foreign not to appear MECEE-BL 2022 who has passed the national level entrance examination of their respective countries.

Application once submitted cannot be edited. However, applicants can re-apply by

uploading new bank voucher/payment slip

The available seats for the foreign candidates in the above academic programs will be upto:

  • 8.25% of the seats in Government colleges/Academies
  • 33% of the seats in Private colleges run by Nepalese management team.
  • 50% of the seats in Private colleges run by Nepalese and foreign management team
  1. Procedure and Instructions for Online Application
  2. a) The application can only be submitted online through www.mec.gov.np or https://entrance. mec.gov.np
  1. b) Applicants can pay the entrance fee in aforesaid account detail of Himalayan Bank

Limited within the fee deposit deadline. The bank voucher/payment slip should clearly

contain the transaction number and applicant’s mobile number.

  1. c) Documents Required
  • Last six digits of transaction reference number (TRN) and applicants mobile number
  • Recent Passport size photograph
  • Passport or Aadhaar card
  • Transcript of 10+2 level or equivalent
  • Respective Council registration certificate of respective country (if applicable)
  1. d) Students can be rusticated any time (even after admission) if found guilty in submitting

fake information, fake documents or wrong identity,

  1. e) Once the application is filled, the necessary documents are to be uploaded and the self

declaration is to be done. It is advised to review (Edit/save) the application before

submission. Once the application is submitted, it is not editable,

  1. f) A Confirmation Page will be displayed only after verification of bank payment. You can

save/print it for future reference. It is not Admit Card but a proof for Online Form

submission

  1. g) Students should print their own admit card by providing details in the “Check

Application Status” page which can be visited clicking “Check your status/print admit card” button in home page. Admit card can be printed before five days of entrance examination date.

  1. h) Candidates will be responsible for all travel arrangements. Candidates should abide by the current rules and regulations laid down by Government of Nepal
  1. Regarding the conduct during entrance examination
  2. a) Examination centre will be mention in the admit card.
  3. b) Candidate should appear in the examination centre with admit card and identification document (Passport or Aadhaar card) as mentioned in the online form,
  1. c) Candidates should report at respective examination centre at least two hours before the examination
  1. d) Candidates are not allowed to take pen or any stationery with them. Candidates are supposed to use the gel-pen provided in the examination hall,
  1. e) Candidates can be examined physically or electronically before entering examination centre

1) No ornament, jewel, electrical appliance/accessories can be put on in examination hall.

No admission is allowed in examination hall after 15 minutes of beginning of examination

  1. h) No candidates are permitted to leave examination hall before completion of examination hours
