Admission to postgraduate medical courses in Nepal is a centralized process managed by the Nepal Medical Council. Eligible candidates must have completed a four-and-a-half-year medical degree from a Nepal Medical Council recognized medical college.

They must also have completed one year of compulsory rotatory internship and passed the Nepal Medical Licensing Examination.
