CEE (Common Entrance Exam) is one of the toughest exams that occur in India, Nepal and other Asian countries. Thousands of students participate in the exam to acquire a career in the medical, dental or engineering field.

  • CEE in Nepal is a single exam for all the authorised universities in the country like- Kathmandu University (KU), Pokhara University, Purbanchal University, Tribhuwan University and Nepal Sanskrit University.
  • In order to get admission to medical colleges in Nepal, students must qualify by passing the CEE Entrance Exam in Nepal where a large scale of students from India, Bangladesh, Nepal and other countries appear in.
  • Another important point to keep in mind is that, when you are opting for MBBS make sure to fill up the MBBS form only. If you fill up form for BDS admission then you won’t be allowed for MBBS admission. Same happens when you are applying for BDS.
  • If you ever think of changing the course like from MBBS to paramedical studies, then you must wait for counselling as priority is generally given to those who have applied for a specific course.
  • Make sure your academicals score are good enough since students applying for CEE in Nepal must have minimum C+ in practical subjects and C in other subjects.  
  • If you a citizen of India, Bangladesh or other countries and applying for CEE in Nepal, then you must have to score more than 50% in the respective subjects. Otherwise you won’t be able to get NOC from Ministry of Education.
  • Here we would like to mention that you can also apply for the foreign scholarship provided by the Government of Nepal. Foreign seats for the students of Egypt, Pakistan, China and Russia are also allocated on the basis of CEE ranks.
