BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKIHS) is a public medical college located in Dharan, Nepal. It was established in 1993 and is named after Bishweshwar Prasad Koirala, the first democratically elected Prime Minister of Nepal.

Course fees atBP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences

The tuition fee for the MBBS program is NPR 4,000,000 (US$ 36,000) for Nepali students and INR 4,000,000 (US$ 60,000) for Indian students. The tuition fee does not include hostel and mess charges, which are to be borne by the students.

The institute also offers a number of postgraduate (MD, MS, MSc, MPhil) and doctoral (PhD) programs in various medical and health sciences disciplines. Admission to these programs is through a competitive entrance examination conducted by the institute.

The tuition fee for the postgraduate and doctoral programs is NPR 2,500,000 (US$ 22,000) for Nepali students and INR 2,500,000 (US$ 37,000) for Indian students. The tuition fee does not include hostel and mess charges, which are to be borne by the students.

The institute also offers a number of short-term training programs for health care professionals. The tuition fee for these programs varies depending on the duration and nature of the program.
