The Institute of Medicine (IOM) Nepal is a national institution of higher education and research in medicine, public health, and related sciences in Nepal.

It is situated in Kathmandu and was established in 1972 as the Tribhuvan University Institute of Medicine. In 2003, it was renamed the Institute of Medicine, Nepal.

IOM Nepal is one of the leading medical and public health institutions in Nepal. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in medicine,

public health, and related sciences. The institute also provides continuing medical education, fellowships, and research opportunities.

For MN/ MPH, candidate should have minimum of 2 years teaching or clinical experience after completion of respective bachelor level courses.
Master in Public Health(MPH-1.5yrs)	5 – 8 Lakhs	Candidate should have completed bachelor level in health science or equivalent course securing at least 50 per cent mark in aggregate from the recognized college/university.	1 YEAR	REGULAR
For MN/ MPH, candidate should have minimum of 2 years teaching or clinical experience after completion of respective bachelor level courses.
MSc Clinical Microbilology	7 – 13 Lakhs	Candidate should have completed bachelor level in health science or equivalent course securing at least 50 per cent mark in aggregate from the recognized college/university.	3 YEARS	REGULAR
For MN/ MPH, candidate should have minimum of 2 years teaching or clinical experience after completion of respective bachelor level courses.
MBBS	20-40 Lakhs	Candidate should have completed 10+2 or intermediate of science or equivalent course with English, Biology, Physics and Chemistry as major subjects securing at least 50 per cent mark in each subject and in aggregate too from the recognized college.	5 & 1/2 YEARS	REGULAR
BDS	15-35 Lakhs	Candidate should have completed 10+2 or intermediate of science or equivalent course with English, Biology, Physics and Chemistry as major subjects securing at least 50 per cent mark in each subject and in aggregate too from the recognized college.	5 & 1/2 YEARS	REGULAR
BSc Nursing Program- Bachelor of Science in Nursing	12-18 Lakhs	Candidate should have completed 10+2 or intermediate of science or equivalent course with English, Biology, Physics and Chemistry as major subjects securing at least 50 per cent mark in each subject and in aggregate too from the recognized college.	4 YEARS	REGULAR
Only female candidates can apply for BSc Nursing Program.
For Bachelor of Nursing (BN), candidate must have passed proficiency certificate level (PCL) in nursing from a recognized college with a minimum mark of 50 per cent. Candidate should also have at least 2 years of work experience after successful completion of PCL in nursing.
Bachelor of Pharmacy	10-13 Lakhs	Candidate should have completed 10+2 or intermediate of science or equivalent course with English, Biology, Physics and Chemistry as major subjects securing at least 50 per cent mark in each subject and in aggregate too from the recognized college (except for BN program).	4 YEARS	REGULAR
B.Sc. Bachelor of Nursing Science	10-13 Lakhs	Candidates with certificate (PCL) in nursing and minimum of 2 years work-experience are eligible to apply.	3 YEARS	REGULAR
