Registration Instructions
  • All information should be provided. However, fields marked with asterisk (*) are compulsory to be filled.
  • In the name field, First name, Middle name and Last name must be entered in the respective fields. For example: if full name is Gopal Nath Parajuli, then,
  • First Name: GOPAL
  • Middle Name: NATH
  • Last Name: PARAJULI
  • If there are two words in the applicant’s full name as “Krishna Shrestha”, then
  • First Name: KRISHNA
  • Middle Name:
  • Last Name: SHRESTHA
  • Date of birth and the permanent address must match with information mentioned in academic document or citizenship certificate or passport.
  • Applicant must mention one of the documents as an identification certificate from Citizenship certificate, Passport or Adhar card . This document has to be presented for entering in to the entrance examination hall.
  • All the documents to be uploaded must be clearly readable.
  • After uploading your all documents, you have to tick self declaration check box. Then 'Save Information' Button will be displayed. You can view and edit the fillup details after saving information.
  • “DO NOT PRESS BACK BUTTON OR REFRESH BUTTON OF BROWSER” for editing your information”
  • The information provided in the application form is the sole responsibility of the applicant. There would not be any alteration from the administration after submission. Make sure that every information provided is true and correct before submission.
  • YOU CAN EDIT THE APPLICATION FROM CHECK YOUR STATUS BUTTON AS MANY TIMES AFTER YOU SAVE THE APPLICATION BEFORE YOU SUBMIT
  • Applicant can apply for maximum of two eligible programs by filling up two different forms with different voucher or payment slips. However, programs scheduled for entrance examination on the same day/phase will not be accepted.
  • Multiple entry for the same student for same program is not allowed.
  • After submission, applicant will get a conformation page. Print this page and keep it with you. If you are unable to print out the confirmation page after submission of your form, you can print it any time by clicking check your status botton in home page.
